She is survived by: her father Melvin Smith; her children, Alli Bertinot and Mark Mallet (Lisa); her siblings, Jessica LeJeune, Kaye Miller, Melissa Cormier (Joe), Kyle Smith (Angie) and Edwin Smith (Alice); and her grandchildren, Mark Mallet, Jr., Brooklyn Mallet, Sage Bertinot, Piper Bertinot, Sebastian Schexnyder, Ki Bertinot, Sierra Smith and Axel Bertinot.
A graveside service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph's Cemetery (1400 Old Evangeline Hwy, Evangeline, LA 70537).
