He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Cantrelle and Adele Authement Cantrelle; and his wife Bernice Fontenot Cantrelle. He is survived by: his children, Pam Cantrelle of Mobile, AL, Penny Miller of Jennings and Philip Cantrelle, Jr. of Lake Arthur; his siblings, Brenda Powell of Houma and Gayden Cantrelle of Houma; and his great great grandchild Elma Cantrelle Price. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren.
