He was predeceased by: his parents, Simon Gutierrez and Angelina Gutierrez; his wife Aida Nieves Gutierrez; his siblings, Bienvienida Gutierrez and Tony Gutierrez; and his daughters-in-law, Maria Gutierrez and Becky Gutierrez.
He is survived by: his children, Noel Gutierrez, Jr. of Crowley, LA, Jeanette Elliott (Richard) of Jennings, LA and Hector Gutierrez of Dickinson, TX. He is also survived by his eight grandchildren; his eight great grandchildren.
