He was predeceased by: his parents, Merruce Bertrand and Blanche Dugas Bertrand; his son-in-law Archie Vincent; and his grandson-in-law Brandon Hearod. He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou Manuel Bertrand; his children, Peggy Vincent, Bert Bertrand (Debbie) and Dave "Joe" Bertrand (Rhonda); his siblings, Annie Lee Bertrand and Preston Bertrand; his grandchildren, Monica Willis (Arnold), Misty Bertrand Hearod, Chad Bertrand (Chasidy), Lacey Frey (Brandon) and Jessica Gotte (Scotty); his great grandchildren, Candace, Hailey, Boyd Willis, Daityn, Haiden Hearod, Kason Bertrand, Jhadyn and Luke Gotte; and his great great grandchildren, Aleia Syron, Camryn Willis and Charli Cormier.
