He is survived by: his parents, Alvin Guidry and Della Marceaux Guidry; his wife Betty Jo Guidry; his children, Courtney Duhon (Harold), Cody Guidry (Nicki), Kelsey Guidry (Modesto Guerrero) and Kiley Guidry (Joel Roche); his siblings, Anthony Guidry (Rhonda LeBleu), Glen Guidry, Sr. and Leslie Jeanise (Andy); his mother-in-law Melba Broussard; and his grandchildren, Chloey, Chyler, Sienna, Noah, Adeline and Ella.
