She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Thomas Fontenot and Josephine Monceaux Fontenot; her children, Shannon Jean Gatte of Evangeline, LA, Darlene Deshotel of Gott's Cove, LA, Donna Robison (Richard) of Evangeline, LA and Monica Rosa Berrios (Luis) of Edmond, OK; her sister Melba LeDoux of Crowley, LA; her daughter-in-law Linda Gatte; her husband Edward Gatte; her son Thomas Wayne Gatte, Sr.; and her siblings, Larry T. Fontenot, Eugene Paul Fontenot, Ernest Fontenot, Sylvia Lee Moss and Gloria Ertell. She was also cherished by her fourteen grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, & her two great-great grandchildren.
