It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lester Barrilleaux of Jennings, Louisiana, who passed away on September 23, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Meyers and Dennis Barrilleaux of New Iberia, LA; his former wife Emily Hebert Soliday; and his children, Linda Barrilleaux Dominick, Rodney Barrilleaux and Perry Barrilleaux.
He is survived by: his wife Margia Touchet Barrilleaux; and his children, Priscilla Barrilleaux Faulkner, Allan Barrilleaux (Esmeralda), Ernest Barrilleaux, Sr., Adele Barrilleaux Matherne (Chad) and Leslie Barrilleaux Lauman.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Miguez Funeral Home - Jennings (114 E Shankland Ave, Jennings, LA 70546). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
Instead of flowers, the family requests potted plants.
