He was predeceased by: his wife Kathy Mouton; his son Junius James Mouton, Jr.; his grandsons, Javen Mouton and Traevon Anthony; and his siblings, Adline Perkins, Joseph Paul Mouton, Mary Anne Haley, Loretta Mouton, Howard Mouton, Mary Magdeline Stewart and Nora Jimmy Mouton.

He is survived by: his daughters, Latricia Williams (Kelvin), Lashone Perossier, Lorena Gilbeaux (Wilbert), Kathleen Mouton, Ashley Woods (Nathaniel) and Lisa Charles; his grandchildren, Kelvin Williams, Jr., Jeanne Williams, Keylon Williams, Christopher Perossier, Brittany Perossier, Jade Gilbeaux, Jaxon Gilbeaux, Dontae Fuselier, Nathaniel Woods, Jr., Tyron Anthony and Miracle Charles; and his siblings, Samuel Mouton (Jeannie) of New Orleans, Johnny Mouton of Jennings and Brenda Gasey. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
