He is survived by: his significant other Magdalene Chaison Handy of Jennings, LA; his daughter Jacqueline Duplantier of Jennings, LA; his grandsons, Jim Duplantier (Irene) of Austin, TX and Chantler Duplantier of Dallas, TX; his great grandchild Ryan Duplantier of Waco, TX; and his sister Thelma Shaw.
