She is survived by: her children, Christa Credeur (Chris) of Arnaudville and Shane Benoit (Mena) of Welsh; and her siblings, Sandy Myers of Welsh, Jo Richard of Welsh, Larry McCown of Moss Bluff, James McCown of Welsh and Charles McCown of Baton Rouge. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
