He is survived by: his significant other Mary Louise Benoit Sonnier; his sister Jenny Broussard (Leonard); his daughters, Rachelle Sonnier and Holly Simon; his grandchildren, Linzy Miller (Derrick), Casey Trahan (Candy), Brooke Sonnier, Nichole Sonnier, Ashlynn Thibodeaux (Mikey), Jacob Sonnier, Kourtlyn Dartez (Bryner) and Taigan Shephard; his great grandchildren, Madison, Parker, Kamryn, DJ Miller, Noah Sonnier, Bailey Leger, Harloe Virella, Tova, Lyrik Broussard, Kaylee Waltrip, Cole White, Lani Thibodeaux and Evie Dartez; and his close friend Adrienne Hanks. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
