He is survived by: his parents, Eric LaPoint of Jennings, LA and Krisha Brown LaPoint; his wife Chelsea LaPoint; his children, Erica of Lake Arthur, LA and Donavyn LaPoint of Lake Arthur, LA; his stepbrother Shannon Cormier (Dianne) of Church Point, LA; his mother-in-law Stephanie Chaisson (Wayne Lofton) of Jennings, LA; and his grandparents, Kathy Brown of Jennings, LA, Joetta and Leroy LaPoint. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
