He was predeceased by: his father Arista Guidry (Carroll Guidry) of Tee-Mamou. He is survived by: his mother Hazel Guidry; his son Chris (Kim Guidry); his grandchildren, Cassidy and Kyle Guidry; and his brothers, James "Jimmy" Guidry (Corita) of Evangeline and Thomas "Tommy" Guidry (Kathleen) of Tee.
