Deanna Sumpter Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Deanna Sumpter (Jennings, Louisiana), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 29, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Deanna may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Deanna touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Loveless Thibodeaux and Florabel Guidry Thibodeaux; and her husband Mac Sumpter. She is survived by: her aunt Audrey (Regis).
A memorial service was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Mermentau Memorial Cemetery.
