He is survived by: his wife Linda Crochet; his children, Trisha Smith (Damon), Brett Crochet (Mechelle) and Michael Crochet (Debbie); his siblings, Betty LeJeune, Peggy Fontenot (Wilton), Susie Fontenot (Emile) and Jessie Crochet (Jeanette); his grandchildren, Evan Crochet (Amber), Zachary Crochet (Katherine), Bethany Chaumont (Greg), Elizabeth Sanchez (Cesar), Tyler Crochet and Bryce Crochet; and his great grandchildren, Autumn, Sage, Ashton and Olivia.
