She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Lewis and Mabel Berry Lewis; her siblings, Isabelle Green (Andrew), James Lewis, Sr., Petrenella Netty (Edward), Barbara Chapman-Green (Herman) and Gladys Lewis; her daughter-in-law Bridget Thibodeaux; her granddaughter Nicole Chipman; her brother-in-law John Anderson; and her niece Sandra Jackson.
She is survived by: her husband Henry Perkins of Jennings, LA; her children, Donald Thibodeaux (Sylvia) of Spring, TX, Darryl Thibodeaux of Jennings, LA, Julia Thibodeaux of River Ridge, LA and Henrietta Richardson of Opelousas, LA; her stepchildren, Kathy Crader of Jennings, LA and Troy Smith of Baytown, TX; her grandchildren, Christopher, Courtney (Craig), Torrie, Donovan, Donald, Eric, Hannah, Darryl Xavier, Tareah, Michaela, Kaydence and Kaneria; her sisters, Shirley Anderson of Carson, CA and Caroline Bunton of Houston, TX; and her siblings-in-law, Mabel Thomas of Atlanta, GA, Wava Lewis of Jennings, LA and Leroy Perkins of Houston, TX. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extend family & friends.
