He is survived by: his mother Ramona Zaunbrecher Petry of Jennings; his children, Elise Guintard (Matthew) of Mermentau, Mallory Meche (Kendall) of Jennings, Blake Petry (Heather) of Laccassine, Heath Petry (Hailie) of Jennings and Garrett Petry (Karlie) of Welsh; his siblings, Leslie Hector (Karl) of Lafayette, Katherine Krielow (Eric) of Welsh and Dr. Mark Petry (Angie) of Jennings; his sister-in-law Cathy; and his grandchildren, Ayden, Julia, Olivia, Mya, William, Rosie, Luke, Millie, Stella, Charlotte, Lucy and Annie.
