She was predeceased by: her husband Daniel Reed Istre of Mermentau; her siblings, Woodrow, Gilbert Courville and Verna Courville Myers; her children, Thomas Ray Istre, Randy James Istre and Janell Istre Fontenot; and her grandsons, Michial Briggs and Nathan Istre.
She is survived by: her brother Clifford Courville; and her children, Kenneth Istre (Angie) of Jennings, LA, Phillip Istre (Laura) of Jennings, LA and Judy Simon (Shawn) of Jennings, LA.. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren along with extended family and lifelong friends.
