She was predeceased by: her husband Lee A. Ainsworth; her son Darryl Ainsworth; her parents, Samuel Freeman and Ora Freeman; and her siblings, Gene Freeman, Charles Freeman and Gennette Collins.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Aldrich of Hebert, Penny Naquin (Roland) of Houma, Sharon Naquin (Chad) of Thibadoux, Michael Ainsworth and Gene Ainsworth; and her siblings, Thelma Frierson of Spring Texas and Tommy Glenn Freeman (Cecile) of Petal. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren, and 10 great great grandchildren.
