He was predeceased by: his parents, Rodney Paul and Katheryn Paul. He is survived by: his wife Sheryl Paul; his siblings, Stephaun Paul, Kathy Deville (Doyle), Judy Huffman and Katie Navarro; his brothers-in-law, John Huffman and Thomas Navarro; and his brother Bo Owens. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to St. Jude's Children's Hospital and Ronald McDonald House as a reflection of Randy's generous spirit.
