She was predeceased by: her husband Alvin Freeman; her siblings, Mavis Taylor, George Ray Edwards and Karl Lewis Edwards; and her sons-in-law, James Hardy and K. W. Thomas.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Hardy, Lynette Thomas, Tammy Enterkin (Mike), Alvin Lewis Freeman (Carolyn) and Jerry Freeman (Beth). She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, twenty-seven great grandchildren, and eight great great grandchildren.
