He was predeceased by: his parents, N. J. Roark and Myra Roark; and his sister Carolyn Allen. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Roark; his children, Lance Roark (Melissa) and Renee Evans; his stepchildren, Matt Rachal and Melinda Robison (Jeffrey); his siblings, Jimmy Dale Roark, Kenneth Roark and Arline Hudnall; and his pet Little Man. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild.
