He was predeceased by: his mother Eugenia; his siblings, Ann Duke, Terry and Lindell Duke; and also Jesse Payne Duke.
He is survived by: his children, Justin Todd Duke (Tiffany) of Lafayette, Stacy Duke Duck (Kevin), Terry Mack Duke (Julia) of Rockport and Tyler Gwin of Lafayette; his grandchildren, Jessica Duke, Julia Duke, Dylan Duck, Danni Duck Duhon (Lucas), Mikie Duke, Jake Duke and Lilly Duke; and his brother Ken Duke (Lauri) of Breaux Bridge.
