She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Fulton Powell, Sr. and Mettie Cornwell Powell; her husband Charlie Finlay; and her siblings, Bonnie Mae Knight, Billy Powell, Fred Powell, Jr., Douglas Powell and Jack Powell.
She is survived by: her sons, Rusty Finlay, Gene Finlay and Scott Finlay; and her foster daughter Jennifer Grimm.
