He is survived by: his wife Teresa of Jena; his daughters, Shelly Johnson (Bryan) of Lindale, Teacy Kendrick (Dock) of Lumberton, Christy Sandifer of Jena and Rae Sandifer of Jena; and his siblings, Glenda Cooper (James) and Jeff Sandifer (Mandy) of Jena.
