He was predeceased by: his wife Donna Chapman; his parents, Jesse Elliott Jr. and Oddie Lowe Elliott; and his son Tommy Earl Elliott. He is survived by: his brothers, Sammy Elliott (Rhonda) of Olla and Don Elliott of Jena; his children, Pamela Elliott Gibson (Eric) and Jerode Nicholas Elliott (Anita); his grandchildren, Health Elliott (Jill), Kynzer Elliott and Meghan Moriah Lugar (Caleb); and his great grandchildren, Dalton, Jax and Madeline Elliott.
