He is survived by: his wife Leonia Welch Meadows; and his children, Michael Crafts (Barbie), Jerry "Jay" Meadows, Jr. (Marc), Melissa Chapman (Sheila) and Connie Puckett (Claude). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; and a host of friends.
