He was predeceased by: his mother Hilda Autry; his wife Emmie Ilene Capps; and his siblings, Clint Collins, Jody Capps, Tina Capps and Teresa Ann Ford.
He is survived by: his father Jimmy Capps; his son James Jeremey Capps (April); his brother Wesley Capps (Renee); and his grandchildren, Nizhoni, Isis, Sylar, Clint and Bella Capps.

Visitation was held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
