He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton Benson Love, Sr. and Mary Barker Love; his former wife Alice Evelyn Love; and his son James Everett Love, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Margaret G. "Jerri" Love; and his brothers, Clifton Benson Love, Jr. of Kansas and Robert Love (Wanda) of Olla.
