She is survived by: her children, Christie Simmons of Jena, Serena Murray of Jena, Cheyenne Murray Jr. of Jena, Brian Murray of Jena and Bradley Murray of Jena; her siblings, Linda Hunter (Bill) of Victorville, Peggy Fagan of Jonesville, Jo Beatrice Savage (Moses) of Jena, Sanara Simmons (Roger) of Jena, Mamie Farris of Jena, Richard Simmons of Jena and William Simmons of Jena; her grandchildren, Lyriq Murray, Paisley Murray, Taylor Simmons, Rachelle Murray, Destanee Simmons, Ta'Kiria Murray, Brionna Hart, Brianna Hart, Ma'Lasia Murray, Elyssa Brinson, Jon Jon Simmons, Markeith Simmons and Ray Brinson III; and her great grandchildren, Tazyrianna Simmons, Tamarion Simmons and Hazel Simmons.
