She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruben Bradford and Rebecca Bradford; her husband Cecil Windham; and her siblings, Clarence Bradford (Juanita), Bud Bradford (Janita), Les Bradford (Nina), Van Bradford (Nell), Myrtle Kendrick (Johnny), Flora Speed, Evie Ann Bradford, Joyce Norris (Dossier) and Mary Neal.
She is survived by: her children, Cecil W. Windham (Jeannie), Jimmy Windham (Kirita), Cathy Windham Lewis (Neal) and Sheree Windham; her sister Velma Boyd (Edward); and her siblings-in-law, Bennye Windham and Pete Neal. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
