Donald Leroy Tarver Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald Leroy Tarver of Jena, Louisiana, who passed away on February 21, 2022 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Virgil Tarver, Sr. and Marie Tarver (Branch); his siblings, V. L. Tarver, Jr., J. C. Tarver and Audrey Miles (Tarver); his wife Virginia Tarver (John); his sons, Steven Tarver of Shreveport, LA and Wes Tarver (Terry) of Shreveport; his grandsons, Alex Tarver and Ethan Tarver; and his son Corporal. He was also cherished by many other nephews, nieces, family and friends.
The family would especially like to thank the staff of the VA Medical and Nursing Center in Pineville, LA for the care he received in the Alzheimer and Pallative Care Units.
