She is survived by: her husband Charles Jarrod Coates of Jena; her parents, Joe Phillips and Pamela Suzanne Scroggs Phillips of Jena; her children, Maximus Lambright of Jena, Simmie Joe Coates of Jena and Hallie Lambright of Jena; her brothers, Shane Phillips of Bossier City and Jason Phillips of Jena; and her aunts and uncles, Johnnie, Jane Phillips, Cindy, Forest Johnson, Tinnie and Ken Jack. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Temple Baptist Church youth fund.
