He was predeceased by: his siblings, LeRoy Williams and Margaret McKay; and his grandson Cody Williams. He is survived by: his children, Michael Williams (Cheryl) of Jena and Martha Williams Mercer (Jason) of Pineville; his grandchildren, Katie Williams Valentine (Casey), Marisa Mercer, Jacob Mercer and Connor Williams; his great grandchild Emmalyn Williams; and his sister Billie Marie Hodges of Prairieville.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hixson Brothers Funeral Home (11886 US-84, Jena, LA 71342). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Hixson Funeral Home (11886 US-84, Jena, LA 71342). A burial was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Legion Memorial Cemetery.
