She is survived by: her children, Steven Brian Melvin of Jena and Alysa Dawn Melvin Schrock of Jena; her sister Billie Marie Bowdoin (James) of Norfolk; and her grandchildren, Matthew James Nugent, Heather Marie Schrock and Anna Mae Schrock.
