Barbara Louise Miller Obituary
Ms. Barbara Louise Miller of Jena, Louisiana passed from this life to her new home in Heaven on Monday, March 30, 2020 in her residence surrounded by her loving family. Barbara has now won her battle and is at the feet of her Lord and Savior. She was born to the union of George "Rex" and Louise Ashley Miller of Jena on March 24, 1961. She was a bright spirited individual that always tried to see the best in everyone. She spent her working career in culinary arts working several places in the Jena area. She will be greatly missed by all that had the opportunity to know her.
Those left to cherish her memory are her son Justin Cody Allien of Jena, one sister Brenda Bailey and husband Gary of Jena, two brothers Jimmy Miller and wife Jill of Jonesville, Louisiana, and Skip Miller and wife Wilma of Jena, Louisiana, and one grandchild, Kairi Allien.
She is preceded in death by her parents Rex and Louise Ashley Miller, and nephew Trent Lisenby.
In lieu of the COVID-19 outbreak, a graveside service will be held at the Jena Cemetery on Wednesday, April 1, 2020 at 2:00PM with Rev. Jeff Morea officiating. The family certainly appreciates your love and prayers during this difficult time.
Interment will be under the direction of Kinner & Stevens Funeral Home of Jena, Louisiana.
