With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Travis Paul Bonin of Jeanerette, Louisiana, who passed away on December 13, 2024 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Norbert Bonin, Bella Bonin Thibodeaux, Lawrence Thibodeaux, August and Mabel Buras; his aunts and uncles, Mike Fitch, Bobby Bonin, Sr., Judy LeBlanc and Bernice Bonin; and his in-laws, Oswald and Lodo Broussard.
He is survived by: his wife Dawn Broussard Bonin of Jeanerette; his son Brandon Bonin (Abby Buteau) of Jeanerette; his parents, Norbert Bonin and Marylane "Mimi" Bonin; his siblings, Natilie Strubb (Lance) of Franklin and Jared Bonin of Jeanerette; his grandson Levi Beach; his nieces and nephews, Zachary Bonin, Tyler McElfresh, Asa Strubb and Bella Strubb; his aunt Peggy Fitch; his uncles, Keith LeBlanc and Charlie Buras; and his godchildren, Hunter Broussard, Brette Fitch and Lexi Fitch.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Frioux-David Funeral Home of Jeanerette Tuesday (400 Provost St, Jeanerette, LA 70544). A rosary was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
