He is survived by: his wife Beulah Guidry Mathews; his children, Tosha Angelle Mathews Smith (Vendell Smith), Landon of Thibodaux, LA and Thomas Lee Mathews Jr. (Christine Weber); his grandchildren, Averie and Alyssa of New Iberia, LA; his brothers, Pete Watterson of Tucson, AZ, Jackie Marilyn Ragan of Albuquerque, NM, Luther William 'Butch Ragan Jr. of Splendora, TX and Grady Lynn Mathews Sr. (Donna) of Spring, TX; and his sister-in-law Ann Crockrell Ragan. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
