It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sarah Lee Simpson (Jeanerette, Louisiana), who passed away on April 6, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her brothers, Wallace Stacy, Jr., Lionel Stacy, Melvin Stacy, Vernon Stacy, Donald Stacy, Ernest Stacy and Albert Stacy; her son-in-law Leslie Jean Louis; and her stepmother Agnes Stacy.

She is survived by: her children, David Simpson, Jr. of Atlanta, GA, Wandalyn Simpson-Jean Louis of Atlanta, GA, Clarence Simpson of Jonesboro, GA, Reveronica Bonin (Larry, Sr.) of Kileen, Beverly Polk (Frank, Jr.) of Four Corners, LA, Rosalyn Burney (Barry) of Glendale, CA, John Simpson, Sr. (Felicia) of Tacoma, WA and Sherman Simpson, Sr. (Bridgette) of Los Angeles, CA; her siblings, Ernie Crosby of New York, NY, William Stacy (Gloria) of Four Corners, LA, Annie Jackson (Isaac) of Four Corners, LA, Bobbie Marks of Four Corners, LA, Alice Charles (Roland) of Four Corners, LA and Alton Stacy (Joyce) of Los Angeles, CA; and her significant other Clarence Jackson, Sr. of Four Corners, LA. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; her brothers and sisters-in laws, nieces, nephews; and many other relatives and friends.
