With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rodice Woodson of Jeanerette, Louisiana, who passed away on December 20, 2020 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her children, Pauline Woodson and Daniel Woodson; her sister Lillian Reed; her sons-in-law, Junius George, Jr. and Barry Smith; and her brother Lawrence Rawston.
She is survived by: her children, Georgiana George of Sorrell, LA, Sharon Gyasi (Chris) of Orange, TX, Joann Charles (Terrance, Sr.) of Broussard, LA and Macklin Reed of Jeanerette, LA; her granddaughters, Connie Woodson of Orange, TX and Melissa Sereal of Hiram, GA; and her friend Earline Tardy of Jeanerette, LA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In compliance to the Louisiana pandemic mandate, masks and social distancing are required for all attendees at the funeral home and cemetery.
