He was predeceased by: his wife Martha Brailey Rideaux; his sons, Walter Rideaux and Carlton Rideaux; his parents, Raymond Rideaux, Sr. and Hazel Vallot Rideaux; and his siblings, Darrell Rideaux, Shirley Mae Rideaux Nolesco, Audrey Mae Rideaux and Ethel Mae Rideaux.
He is survived by: his children, Myra Rideaux of Jeanerette, LA, Mona Rideaux of Jeanerette, LA, Raymond Rideaux, III of Jeanerette, LA, David Rideaux of Jeanerette, LA, Daniel Rideaux of Jeanerette, LA and Darrell Rideaux of Jeanerette, LA. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; a host of great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
