She was predeceased by: her husband Wallace Bodin; her parents, Dennis Bouy and Cecile Chastant Bouy; and her brothers, Robert "Bob" Bouy and Benny Bouy.
She is survived by: her children, Ward Bodin (Arleen) of Jeanerette, Mary "Sue" Legnon (Ted) of Youngsville, Kathy Bordelon Fayette (Rocky), Wally Bodin (Laurie) of Jeanerette and Kyle Bodin (Heather) of New Iberia; her sister Janice Landry (Charles) of Kingsport, TN.; her grandchildren, Jennifer Wiggins, Virginia Rudd, Jason Legnon, Cameron Bodin and Amanda Bodin; her great grandchildren, Katelyn Wiggins, Luke Wiggins, Devin Rudd, Abby Legnon, Lola Legnon and Amarylys Bodin; and her caregivers, Cynthia Muffoletto, Leonia Wiley, Tamika, Donna, Shiniel, Mindy and Aaron. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Jeanerette or St. Jude's Hospital for Children.
