He is survived by: his wife Audry Horn; his sons, Mark Horn (Lori) of New Iberia, Luke Horn Sr. of Carencro and John Rilla Horn (Ann-Marie) of Jeanerette; his grandchildren, Coy Horn, Caleb Horn, Luke Horn Jr., Joel Horn, Danine "Nin" Horn, Brionne "Bri" Horn and Nicklas Horn; and his great grandchildren, Asher Horn, Aven Horn, Jaxon Horn, Luke Horn III, Avery Horn and Bailey Horn. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
