He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy P. Eldridge and Beatrice Simoneaud Eldridge; and his brothers, Percy Pierre and Jimmy Eldridge. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Gee Eldridge of Jeanerette; his children, John Eldridge (Ginger) of Bosque Farms, NM, Laurie Auffant of Prattville, AL, Nina Lloyd (Brad) of Flowery Branch, GA and Jerry Eldridge of Jeanerette; his siblings, Dickie Eldridge of Jeanerette, Glenn Eldridge (Flavia) of Jeanerette, Michael Eldridge of New Iberia, Danny Eldridge (Judy) of Coteau, Percy Eldridge of Jeanerette, Linda Viator of Ruston, Mary Ann Eldridge and Kathy Goss of Scott; and his grandchildren, Nicole Auffant, Justin Eldridge, Emmaline Eldridge and Andrew Eldridge.
