Flo Rita Broussard Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Flo Rita Broussard of Jeanerette, Louisiana, who passed away on December 5, 2024, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Frank Songne; her husband Harold Broussard, Sr.; her parent Olympe LeBlanc Songne; her siblings, Ida Mae Mitchell and Walter Songne; and her son-in-law Jerome Migues.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Migues and Harold Broussard (Becky); her grandchildren, Tanya Rosamond, Tasha Richardson (Brad), Jarrod Migues (Tanya), Harold Broussard, III (Marie), Keith Broussard (Rebecca) and Donavan Broussard (Sara); her sister Gayle Clement; and her friends, Gerald and Elaine Landry. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:45 PM at the Frioux-David Funeral Home of Jeanerette Tuesday (400 Provost St, Jeanerette, LA 70544). A rosary was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church of Jeanerette (1510 Church St, Jeanerette, LA 70544). A burial was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Church St Jeanerette.
