She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Marks, Sr. and Elvira Alexander Marks; and her siblings, Loretha Gardiner, Namon Marks, Edward Marks, Jr., Active Pallbearers, Barrow Marks, Edward Jones, Roy Paul Marks, Jr. (Dianna) of Jeanerette, LA, Donald Marks, Reginald Marks and Dwayne Marks.
She is survived by: her son Nicholas A. Marks, Sr. (Rhonda) of Lake Charles, LA; her siblings, Hollis Marks (Dorothy) of Jeanerette, LA, Eldridge James Marks (Delores) of Jeanerette, LA, Theopolis Marks of Port Arthur, TX, Theresa Barnes of Port Arthur, TX, Mary Jones of Port Arthur, TX, Elvira Narcisse (Johnny) of Port Arthur, TX and Cathy Marks of Jeanerette, LA; and her grandchildren, Jordan Marks, Brandon Powell, Haylie Marks and Nicholas "Niko" Marks, Jr.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
A gathering of family and friends will be held on Saturday at the church 12:30 P. M. until the time of the service with a rosary to be recited at 1:00 P. M. In adherence of state health guidelines, all attendees must wear masks and practice social distancing at the church and cemetery.
