He is survived by: his daughters, Mindesha Wainwright of Lafayette, LA, Latoya Elizabeth Hills of Jeanerette, LA and Maya Gage of Jeanerette, LA; his stepmother Rena Mae of Jeanerette, LA; his friends, Mary Hills of Jeanerette, LA and Tiffany Gage of Jeanerette, LA; and his sisters, Theda J. Fremin (Albert) of Jeanerette, LA, Bridget A. Johnson of Jeanerette, LA, Connie J. Davis (William) of Baton Rouge, LA and Alesha Frank (James) of Texas City, TX. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Little Zorah Baptist Church (3605 Old Jeanerette Rd, New Iberia, LA 70560). A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
