She is survived by: her daughter Cynthia Carter of New Iberia, Louisiana; her grandsons, Dion Carter (Dominic) of Katy, Sami Haggood of Austin and Jules Blackwell (LaTonya) of Norristown, Pennsylvania; and her siblings, Alice Cobb of Knoxville, Mary Ann Gardener of Fayetteville and Alexander Moore of Fayetteville. She is also survived by five great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews, family, and friends.
