She is survived by: her mother Viola Rhine; her children, Latarsha, Elric Charles and Michael Jackson; her grandchildren, Valencia and Mylon Charles; her great grandchildren, Da'Mazin McNeal, Da'Legend Charles and A'Miracle Francis; her siblings, Diane Collins (Peter Sr.), Joyce Harris, Vanessa Clavelle (Raymond), Vera Key (Mark), Clarence Rhine, Jr. (Bertha), Donald Rhine, Sr. and Leonard Rhine, Sr. (Valerie); and her friends, Donald Madison, Theresa Robertson and Savtri Burrell. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
