He is survived by: his wife Debra Morris Barrios; his children, Brandy Peffers (Josh), Tyler Barrios (Jenna), Chad Barrios, Jeremy Barrios, Crystal Barrios and Richard "Dickie" Tabor; his siblings, Dave Barrios, Jr. (Elmire) and Toni Sue Pollet (Dale); his grandchildren, Dalton, Blaine, Savannah, Josh, Jr., Karlee, Julian, Brendan, Tylor, Devon, Peyton, Alyce, Krysten and Richard, Jr.; his great grandchildren, Blaike and Carter; and his parent-in-law Pete. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, brother and sister in law's and a host of other relatives and friends.
